Cold Overnight Temperatures Loom in the Bay Area
This has been one of the coldest weekends of the year in the Bay Area. For people experiencing unsheltered homelessness, weather like this can cause severe hypothermia. This is especially true at night, when temperatures can drop below freezing.

Over the weekend Community Seva volunteers distributed warm sleeping bags, blankets, socks, hot cocoa, masks and cookies to those living in encampments.
