As Silicon Valley grapples with historic levels of homelessness, staying clean is part of a daily struggle for thousands of men , women & children who live on the streets or in the various emergency shelters. Self-care and the ability to receive care in this setting helps to build a person’s self-worth and value. In an effort to help this less fortunate community that we serve weekly , Community Seva Inc. launched a “CARE Bag Seva” in June 2016. Community Seva organizes this fun activity by involving kids of ages 5+ to prepare 100 Care bag containing basic hygiene kits (with articles like a tooth paste, brush, shampoo, lotion ,etc.) and later distribute to homeless individuals.
